Tom is the former CEO of Clark Consulting, CLK, NYSE, and served as President of Human Longevity Insurance and is the founder of three biotech insurance firms, Wamberg Genomic Advisors, now Genomic Life, HealthOME, and Longevity Life. Tom is a member of the Foundation Board of the Cleveland Clinic and has been recognized as a 1,000 Longevity Leader.

Peter Gilman
Graduated from Iowa State University in 1986 with a degree in Finance. After working at Clark/Bardes, Inc. in Dallas, Texas for several years, he moved back to Iowa and began working at AEGON / Life Investors in February of 1993 as the National Director of Advanced Sales for the Individual Division. Shortly thereafter he founded Extraordinary Markets, an AEGON company. Peter became the President and Chief Executive Officer and worked to develop and grow AEGON’s fully integrated global business insurance solutions platform. Peter left AEGON at the end of 2009 to form Carbry Capital, Inc. Carbry Capital is a firm that leverages Peter’s unique background and knowledge to assist the various stakeholders involved in life insurance-based transactions. Peter is also a co-founder of Engaged Retirement. Engaged Retirement is an innovative insuretech company that has created the intellectual property needed to power the next generation.

A 48-year veteran of the insurance/reinsurance industry and has served as the Chairman and CEO of Northstar Companies, Inc. since 2000. He also serves as Chairman and CEO of Nautilus Strategic Advisors (Bermuda) Limited, Chairman of Nautilus International Holdings, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Nautilus Reinsurance Company (Barbados) Limited and Nautilus Management Services, Inc. Mr. Gray was the Founder and CEO of Providence Life Assurance Company. He is an Operating Partner of Black Rock Long Term Private Capital and has been actively involved as a principal and an advisor in global M&A in the insurance/reinsurance business.

Dr. Diane Simeone
Director of the Moores Comprehensive Cancer Center and UC San Diego Health and the Chugai Pharmaceutical Chair of Cancer. An international recognized surgeon scientist in the study of pancreatic cancer, she has served on the NCI Pancreatic Cancer Task Force and has long-standing NIH funding in early detection biomarkers. She is a member of the National Academy of Medicine.
